Refund policy

 

At TiniCoterie we strive to provide the best possible service and products to each and every one of our customers, however if the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the digital receipt or other proof of purchase.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including earrings (due to hygienic reasons), bespoke-size orders, commissioned pieces or jewellery with any form of custom-alterations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

However the above do not invalidate your rights to return any damaged or faulty items.  In the rare event that you believe an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please notify us immediately by email at hello@thetinicoterie.com to arrange an exchange.


Initiating a Return 
To request for a return, you can contact us at hello@thetinicoterie.com with your order number, name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason of return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please return the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid letter-box size carton and tape it securely. 

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, and getting the returned product(s) back to us safely, therefore it is recommended to use a trackable and reliable courier service.

For international returns please mark "British Returned Goods - No Commercial Value" as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this has not been clearly stated, custom duty charges may apply and the amount will be deducted from your entitled refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. TiniCoterie reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
